Mohanlal, who is basking in the success of Drishyam will shortly be seen as Mr
Fraud. The much anticipated movie of Mollywood is likely to hit screens in the
second week of May. If sources from Malayalam film industry are to believed,
then Mohanlal's different avatar as Mr Fraud can be seen from May 15 across the
world. The action thriller directed by B Unnikrishnan had made a huge buzz,
when the satellite rights of the movie was sold for the record price.
Apart from Mohanlal, Mr Fraud also features Siddique, Dev Gill, Mia George, Pallavi Chandrana and others in the supporting roles. Mohanlal plays the title role in the film, which is produced by AV Anoop under the banner AVA Productions. He plays the role of a maverick, who makes things happen according to his ways. Earlier Mr Fraud was likely to release on May 8. And now Fefka and other association are decided to support Mr. Fraud to release on May 8 itself, otherwise to start strike aganist theater owners association. Now, this has adversely affected the movie and it has landed in trouble. If reports are to be believed, sources claim that the theater owners have come to such a conclusion after B Unnikrishnan, the director of Mr Fraud, has been banned by the Film Exhibit Federation. This has landed the movie also in trouble after the theater owners decided to ban the movie from screening.
However, the makers and Mohanlal are tight lipped about the revise of the release date. The movie has also become the talk of the town with its two thrilling teasers, which was released recently. Mohanlal's fan are eagerly awaiting for the movie in which the actor is seen as a dynamic hero.
