As readers are aware, actress Nayanthara and actor-director Prabhudeva split early this year after close to three years of courtship which began during the making of the Vijay-Nayanthara starrer Villu. The couple was to get married in the second half of this year but the split put paid to all these developments. Nayan is back in films and Prabhu is busy with his Hindi film projects.Sources close to the actress say that she is very keen and ‘intent’ on making calculated moves aimed at antagonizing and irritating ex-beau Prabhudeva. She is planning gthings ‘meticulously’ in order to ensure that whatever she does ends up in making Prabhu restive and uneasy.
The actual reason for the ‘split’ between Nayan and Prabhu hasn’t yet been announced officially. Neither of them seems to be in a mood to discuss about it in public. Nayan’s recent friendly overtures towards some of her co-stars are said to be ‘calculated attempts’ to upset and irritate her ex-beau, it is reported.
When they were together, Prabhu had reportedly ‘instructed’ Nayan never to pair up opposite Aarya as he hated him for reasons best known to him. However, Nayan is said to be on ‘great terms’ with Aarya now which hasn’t gone unnoticed by Prabhu. Nayan’s recent meeting with ex-flame Simbu is also a move directed to ‘disturb’ Prbahudeva, these sources assert.
Nayan had a detailed one-to-one talk with Simbu with whom she had a public affair during and after the making of Simbu’s Vallavan many years back. Some persons derive immense pleasure in irritating their once-beloved soul mates; whether or not Nayan falls in the same category can only be confirmed in the days to come!
