Casanovva (Malayalam: കാസനോവ) (theatrical release name: Confident Casanovva) is
a 2012 romantic action thriller Malayalam film directed byRosshan Andrrews. The film stars Mohanlal and Shriya Saran in the lead with Lakshmi Rai, Sanjana, Roma, Jagathy Sreekumar, Lalu Alex, Riyaz Khan, Nova Krishan and Shankar forms an ensemble cast along with four debutantes, Abhishek, Shamsi, Arjun and Vikram. The film's songs were composed by Gopi Sundar, Alphons Joseph and Gowri Lakshmi and the background score was done by Gopi Sundar. It is director Rosshan Andrrews's third film with Mohanlal after Udayananu Tharam and Evidam Swargamanu. The film was released on 26 January 2012 in India. The Hindi remake rights of the film was bought by Ketan Shah for 
1.5 crore (US$299,250).

- Casanovva finished it box office running after 94 days. The film’s strength was its huge initial collection and it went on to collect around 42.5 crores from world wide(Thanks some good business out side Kerala).
- Sate-light rights sold to Asianet with a whopping 4 crores.
- Hindi remake rights of the film was bagged by Ketan Shah with arecord price for any Malayalam film 1.5 Crore.
- The audio rights fetched around 92 lacs.
- The DVD expected to do business around 50 lacs.
